This is our classic barre class and is appropriate for all levels. It’s a low impact, one hour class that will strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body. You will be encouraged to challenge yourself but also stay mindful of alignment and technique, resulting in a mind and body transformation!

This slower-paced class is ideal to introduce alignment concepts and build strength for anyone who is new to Barre, making a comeback, or wishes to deepen their knowledge and practice. Open to and encouraged for all fitness levels.
This 45-minute high-intensity class delivers a solid core-strengthening, muscle-toning and cardiovascular workout! Your heart rate will be elevated and then brought down with active recovery periods. This is a challenging class! New students may want to prepare themselves by taking other Barre classes to gain strength and avoid injury before taking on this challenge.
This energetic one-hour class combines barre and interval classes into one amazing workout. The traditional strengthening and alignment-based barre movements are infused with bursts of cardio for the ultimate challenge. Experience in barre and interval classes are encouraged.
The interval cardio burst you love to hate, then add weights to that, add some killer core strengtheners from our barre classes and finish with a 5 minute stretch to complete your workout. Boom! 40 minutes and your life has changed.
This 30-minute barre class uses a variety of techniques to improve mobility, flexibility and overall comfort in your body. Stretch, myofascial release, breathwork and relaxation are part of this class and is appropriate and encouraged for ALL students.
A fast-paced 45-minute class fusing the heart-pounding, spirit-lifting, beat-driven of cycling with the body sculpting, core strengthening and flexibility aspects of Barre, followed by a stretch. It’s a calorie burner to be sure!
