“I love teaching because I know how important it is for my own mental health so I feel like it’s a gift to give to others so pass on my enthusiasm for alignment, strength and overall well being. I love the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of Barre Ripple studio. I love surrounding myself with strong, amazing yet grounded, real people who love to lift each other up.
