As a runner for over 20 years, Ashley always knew that “cross training” was “good for you.” But, she was NOTE not finterested if it involved group exercise in a mirrored room. When you run, you don’t need anything but a good pair of shoes. Winter happened in Indiana so she gave barre a chance.
The morning after her first class, she was sore in muscles she DIDN’T EVEN KNOW EXISTED. She took a class every single day for the rest of the month and then was eventually asked to teach! She began teaching in 2016.
