Natalie has had a love for fitness and moving her body that started back in middle school when she started waking up early to go on runs with her dad. She discovered this studio right after she had her second baby, in 2012.
She credits barre workouts for helping her regain her core and overall body strength after three c-sections. Natalie actually started her teaching journey by teaching driveway HIIT workouts during covid as a way to stay in touch with friends and stay active.
Natalie was asked to teach at Barre Ripple because she embodies promoting the ripple effect: Take care of yourself to better take care of others!
