Ellen has always loved fitness and would even lead her junior high cheer team in conditioning after practice! She found yoga and pilates 20 years ago while searching for exercises that would encourage space and healing after a car accident at 18 years old. She was originally IM=X trained and has received more training through Stott, Balanced Body, YogaWorks 200 RYT, Dailey Method, and more. She has been teaching for 15 years – almost 10 right here in this community.
Ellen started teaching Barre classes downtown but was determined to teach when the first Barre studio opened up in Indianapolis. Then end of 2018, she was asked to take over leading this community. She always dreamed of owning a fitness studio so was determined to do it – on top of working full time for a Real Estate Investment company and having 3 young children.
