Certified as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2009, his desire for further fitness knowledge has led to him receiving certifications in TRX Suspension Training, BOSU, and cycling.
Michael enjoys the sense of motivation and camaraderie in a group setting and encourages participants to feed off each other’s energy. His aim is to build functional strength and a body that you are proud to carry around.
When he’s not in the studio you can catch him downtown rollerblading the canal or out to dinner with friends. Michael believes in being thankful for the body you were given and challenging what it’s capable of!
